It’s the perfect time to enjoy the outdoors, with long sunny days and low humidity. Colorado is known for its afternoon rain, but these storms are usually minor and fleeting. By fall, the temperature starts to drop, with daytime highs in the high 50s and low 60s and chilly nights ranging between 30 to 40 degrees. The crisp air is complemented by the stunning display of golden aspens, making autumn a breathtaking season here.
